Tina has been a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 917 for 22 years where she has worked on Tennessee Valley Authority and Department of Energy sites. As a seasoned operator of a variety of heavy equipment, she quickly found her niche in the demolition of high-hazard facilities and structures such as nuclear reactors.
Casey Kennedy
Laborer Craft Safety Advocate

Casey Kennedy came to UCOR in December 2018 as a member of the Laborers International Union Local 818. Casey spends most of her time working in the safety arena as a Craft Safety Advocate and chairperson of the local safety improvement team she founded to represent workers associated with environmental remediation activities at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. She also delivers safety-related training to the UCOR workforce. She has a passion for deactivation and demolition activities and helping her coworkers go home safely each day. Prior to joining UCOR, Casey headed the grassroots development of the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, where she spent five years as its first director.
Maddy Patrone

Maddy Patrone is a member of International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners Local 50 where she serves as the chairperson of the sisters of the local union. Maddy serves as a voice for women in the trade, while mentoring them to excel while working through challenges.
