This presentation will focus on VPP sustainability and continuous improvements. Information will be based on personal observations and experiences from VPP onsite evaluations conducted over recent years. Discussion topics include employee engagement techniques such as program champions and element ownership. Other topics include SGEs, VPPPA activities, mentoring, and structured networking. EHS topics such as NFPA-70E, arc flash, and Industrial Hygiene are also covered.
