In celebration of Women's History Month, we recognize women in the workforce during VPPPA's March Labor Summit. In this presentation, Hanford Atomic Metal Trades Council (HAMTC) Safety Representative, Natalie Wallis, will share her first-hand experiences as a Radiological Control Technician in a male-dominant workforce. We’ll reflect on challenges women have faced in the past, as well as challenges still present today.
